The main parts are missing are mission briefings and object's descriptions... Menus and UI are done. All in three days- im translating only when in dont have anything better to do. And I mean Anything I think i'm gonna finish translation in the next month, during Easter holidays.

If you want to surprise your italian fellows (and extend our features list ), you could give me your work so far, so that italian users can get at least the menus translated. (gettext doesn't require everything to be translated. If a translation is missing, simply the english original string will be used.)
That would possibly already help some people.
I commited your file in r4006 after updating it and adding some poedit flags.
Please grab the new file from http://svn.gna.org/svn/warzone/trunk/po/it.po before proceeding, to prevent getting out of sync with the current svn version. (You don't have to do that always, it's just better to do it after your new translations have been checked in.)
Ok since someone was saying this thread is abandoned, i translated another bit of the game. I've done the Campaign part and reached 51%. Here is the file
??? not right. I already told in another forum that i'm translating the game ALONE and I haven't got lots of free time, so I decided to translate the game on "waves" of 20-20% translation progress each. I'll have to do two more of them when I find some free time to finish the work. The translation work is not abandoned just because don't translate the game every day. I'll go on when I find a couple of hours, I also think I'm doing the work pretty fast for the actual time I put in translating it (about 2 hours for 25%).

Best you write us a mail (warzone-dev - gna.org) when you are finished (or a PM on these forums, if you prefer), since I might not be looking into the forums every day at the moment.
Me and Alpha93 recently completed the translation. I'm posting it here too in case you didnt see it in the translation thread and because... i just wanted to complete this thread lol....
