This is a simple skirmish and multiplayer modification i started making a few days before the turn of new year for the 4.6.x series release of Warzone 2100 with the goal of giving players a greater variety of agile unit designs by completely reworking the weight of unit components (body, propulsion and turret) and engine power.

* Bonus features:
-- 100% accuracy to all stationary direct-fire defenses
-- Decreased range of Hardened Sensor Tower (14 tiles/1920 units) and Wide Spectrum Sensor (16 tiles/2048 units).
-- Increased range of CB Sensor, (17 tiles/2176 units), VTOL Sensor (18 tiles/2304 units) and VTOL CB Sensor (19 tiles/2432 units)
-- Changed weapon turret's impact effects (swapped hit/miss/water impacts, increased/decreased impact size and projectile effects)

I have quickly uploaded another version, fixing transporters not being able to be produced even after being researched and being made available on VTOL factories. I have removed the previous version of the mod (1.0.0).

The reason for this was because i did not playtest to see if transporters could be produced after i gave these units specific propulsions which make them go much faster than regular VTOLs. I have reverted the propulsion of the transporters back to their standard propulsion and they no longer fly faster than your average VTOL.
