Setting to choose between Original campaign and 4.1+ campaign

The thing is this, the campaign is changed heavily since 4.1 it's almost a new campaign. And you probably know this will upset a lot of players from previous versions and the game will lose a lot of players. So i suggest adding a setting near the campaign difficulty setting named "New balanced campaign" with values On or Off. if it is off, then use values from maybe a version in 3.x, otherwise use the current campaign.
