Moderator approval is too slow

I've made two posts yesterday and they still havn't got approved!

New accounts require additional manual approvals, to prevent spam & bots (which are a significant issue).

For a volunteer-run open source project, I think a one day turnaround is fairly reasonable.

If this forum is dead, just put it read-only.
It's really a shame to let people think they can use a forum while actually, no message ever gets publish!
