NRS+, as the title suggest is not compatible with 3.1. Sorry, the devs completly broke the compatibility with older mods.

You gonna have to download 2.3.9 if you want to give it a try.

You drop it in /mods/autoload

They changed the way mods are loaded in 4.1 it now properly upload your mods to peopel who join you sorry for the confusion.

Many Thanks, after trying out the mod I've found that I run out of research avenues for most of the new weapon systems and armour, leaving them to do zero damage or have zero hit points. There are also lines of text that constantly appear at the top of the screen.
