I have been playing warzone pretty much since its release and have many of the patches if not all of them for it. I was wondering if the resurrection was incorporating these patches into their game files? I tried just installing them but they didn't integrate with your files. I know there were some awesome upgrades given in the patches such a new technologies, bug fixes, and multi-player maps. There was even the addition of cheat codes to the game that could only be used in single player.
Well just wondering, I'm new to the resurrection forums so I hope that this question isn't just being re-asked.
Hopefully this is a new idea and can help the project along!

Re: What About The Old Patches To Warzone?
Those are not really patches, but they install a full game with a fresh install in your PC. It's like a completely renewed version of Warzone, as you can see the version passed from 1.xx to 2.xx. That means you can't upgrade the original version of the game, but only install the new version (which has arrived to 2.0.10 for tested and 2.1 for beta), since patches are not compatible with the original version of WZ. The only things 2.x version lacks are music and FMVs, because they weren't released in the GPL, but if you own the original game, you can make the game play them.
Oh, and welcome to the forums!

Those old patches are now all merged in "mp.wz".

I think they were all installed back in the berlios days of the project, when the .wz stuff was actually working.Chief Bearclaws wrote: OK, awesome just making sure that those were included, I guess I missed them when i read the patch info last, but I'll recheck it. Thanks![]()
