Can't save or load game

Playing a skirmish game i can't save the game. it will not load ingame too. I get these messages in game when trying to save.

"Error! (Check your logs!): [saveConfig:181] Could not open configuration file "Config""

And:

"Could not save game"
"Error! (Check your logs!): [deletesavegame:391] Warning directory [savegames/skirmish/ff could not be del"

Nothing more. ff being the name i wanted to save in.

Hope it makes sense.

Using version 3.2.3 on a windows 10 fully updated.

Maybe change from 3.2.3 from master
