As for your problem, unless you download the latest build & build it yourself, it is NOT fixed yet.
If you don't have a compiler, then wait for the next BETA which will be made soon, and should fix the issue.

Also, if you would read the topic, you can see, that this is a known problem and will properly fixed in the next beta release.
