Add gap to power bar

I would like to suggest adding a gap between the last numeral on the power bar and the place where the yellow bar begins. This will eliminate any possibility that the last numeral is covering up a tiny part of the power bar, and it would simply look better. This was originally discussed in bug ticket #3232, but eventually I decided just adding a small gap would resolve it best.
