No Coloured Cursors?
Are black&white cursors supposed to appear instead of coloured cursors?

I'm playing on the windows 3.1.2 version. Were coloured cursors moved to the testing builds for some reason?

When we switched to SDL 2, they were implemented, the previous 3.x builds never had them either.
We did have software colored cursors in some builds, but, that was removed for some reason I forgot.
