Hi, I am new to this game.
I just downloaded the game to try it out, but when I started the game, the menu is full of gibberish.
Sub menu items are the same.
What is wrong with it, and how do I fix this?
I would really like to play this game
Gibberish on Main Menu
Re: Gibberish on Main Menu
Aaaargh-you have opened the system language . Open the game again. go to the fourth line from above. Click there. (should be something with 635 or so). Done. Now click at the first line-Done. Click again on the first line on the right side (something with D55 or so-i cant remember) and choose the language you are speaking in real lifejoonee88 wrote:Hi, I am new to this game.

Good luck
In case the WZ-game ends in a draw , the game winner will be determined by penalty shoot-out.

You can also delete the config file to reset it back to defaults.
This happens when you pick a language that the current font doesn't have characters for it.
So, in your config file, specify a font that has the required characters and it should then work.
(Usually for Asian characters).

Re: Gibberish on Main Menu
Is your system language Chinese? There's an option in the installer for that. And IIRC someone wrote a patch recently that could make the installer option obsolete.
We want information... information... information.

Looks more like Korean to me.cybersphinx wrote:Is your system language Chinese? …
Re: Gibberish on Main Menu
If people would just speak English like everyone else, we wouldn't have these problems.
Re: Gibberish on Main Menu
By the 'like everyone else' argument we should all switch to Mandarin Chinese, though, as there are more people speaking Chinese in the world than any other language, even if you include people's second language...
