I have noticed what appear to be a couple of glitches in the gamma campaign which I think need investigating.
1.) after securing a foothold on Gamma 1 i start to rebuild my army however the game tells me I have met the unit cap before i have fully reconstructed all units and as such wont allow me to build more units even though I am actually under the unit cap of 100 units
2.) On gamma 6 I believe it is at the start of this mission the units you sent to take out the nuke are supposed to reappear however they don’t which is a pretty nasty problem

Re: Gamma Campaign issues warzone v 3.1.2
was just reading over the post you linked to and that reminded me of another glitch I’ve had happen to me which might explain what is going on here I have noticed that when I build units at my base while I'm away on another mission when I return to base the units will not be sitting at the factories assembly point and will in fact be sitting at the bottom right hand of the mapYes-it is an old problem. Don`t know why
I'm not sure what triggers this but I can recall 2 distinct times when it happened to me the first is if I load units on to the transport to bring in as reinforcements but then change my mind and unload them and fly in different units when I get back to my base the units will no longer be where I left them and will be sitting at the bottom right hand corner of the map to the best of my knowledge this can happen on any mission and should be a pretty simply glitch to recreate
the other time I've had this happen is if I build a lot of units when I'm not at my base and there isn't room at the assembly point to trigger the bug this way it may require a reload so build the units save and then reload that save and complete the mission when you get back to your base the units wont be at the designated assembly point as they should be
now given the nature of the map on gamma campaign if the aforementioned units are appearing at the bottom right of the map due to this glitch that might explain what is going on the units are in fact reappearing as they are supposed to but there not reappearing where they are supposed and because you cant actually access the bottom of the gamma map until about level 9 I think then you cant recover the missing units
I have no idea if this is the source of the issue on gamma 6 but it’s a lead that’s worth investigating on the off chance I’m right about this in any event it’s a glitch that needs looking into because it can be potentially game braking if you end up with a large volume of units stuck up a mountain because the game bugged which i have in fact had happen to me on a number of occasions
With regards to gamma 6 is there some cheat which would allow you to unlock the entire gamma map on gamma 6 so that we can see if this is indeed what is happening

I would try to change the scrolllimits for this map.(Gamma 6) Maybe this could solve the problem. This bug wasn`t earlier in 2+ I can`t remember, when i saw this bug the first time.
"when you get back to your base the units wont be at the designated assembly point as they should be "
Yes-that is a very cruel bug. Happend in the Alpha mission first very early. I reported this bug.

Re: Gamma Campaign issues warzone v 3.1.2
humm... well there goes that theory decide to use the "let me win" cheat to skip a head a couple of levels i then used the "Deity" cheat to reveal the whole map nothing i also has poked around in the *.INI files in the save folder and noted that nowhere in the files did it mention the missing units which leads me to conclude that the problem of the missing units from Gamma 02 is in one of 2 places either the game is not properly storing the units at the end of Gamma 02 or the script responsible for re-spawning then at the start of gamma 5/6 which ever one it is just isn't functioning correctly
although if that is the case I'm not getting any mention of this in the games logs very puzzling i wonder whats causing this because I already replayed the Campaign from Gamma 01 on v3.1.1 to see if it was maybe an issue specific to 3.1.2 but it happens of 3.1.1 as well i supposed i could keep stepping back through versions of the game until i find one where the bug doesn't occur and at least then we have a starting point to try and track down when this bug first appeared
