Power generators with 0 oil derricks?
Is there any benefit from having a power generator when it's connected to "0 of 4" oil derricks?

Not immediately, but it does help you if you already have a power generator built when you build an oil derrick.

Its always good to have 1 more gen then you need in case you find more oil so you don't have to go back and make more gens .....its not a discussion point just my idea on low oil maps.
