Warzone 2100 Master Save/Load

Hi There Guys,

i just installed WZ 2100 Master (warzone2100-master-20141001-040552-639ae6c) from http://buildbot.wz2100.net/files/
When i SAVE my game and then LOAD it
then the Research speed and Power Generating Speed totaly resets
just i did some tests and always tried full research of Power and Research speed
and it reset always after Load
just small bug but Annoying if you want continue

Do not expect everything to work on master, many things are in a middle of WIP.
