I'm sure people have been using the wayback machine to find the tech tree since the site was hacked, but I downloaded the background PNG image and I've posted it here. It includes the complete tech tree. It's a little out of date, for example 3.1.1 makes flashlight require sensor mk2 rather than mk3, but for the mostpart it is a good reference.
