How to Kick the Fake Players?

In my last game, there was a player just working for the other team and made us immobile with the walls he built.
I am new here, So;
Is there a way to kick a player when you are host
if yes how?

Yes, left+right mouse button over the icon in the player stats menu.

This is why there needs to be an ability to destroy an ally's walls, just walls mind you...

Nope. Doesn´t. No matter what I click on and how I click on, I can not get rid of one of the guys ...

I have probably found the issue. When I select everyone fights against everyone else I can kick players before start, but when I choose teams for play, I can NOT. O.o

I normally can´t post with images because my router does not support DNS loopback and the forums do not allow proxy servers to avoid this issue.

When I choose , I can kick players before play. When I choose , I can not kick players before play.
