Re: Redemptor's maps
I have to say, your mapmaking style is very versatile! I see here a lot of creative concepts with great attention to detail. Admittedly, some of your maps are not my style, but I get the feeling that you are trying to cater to a larger audience of players, and that is good. I think you should continue to do so.
I noticed that in some of your maps, such as DieHard and Castles, when I start a game I am given nonstandard starting units and/or structures, even when I have selected the t1 and no bases options. I'm sure there are many people who have fun playing this way, but likewise, I'm sure there are others who would prefer to play these excellent maps with standard starting conditions. To me, starting with lancer bunkers or leopard/hover trucks when I haven't even built a research facility just feels... off.
Therefore, I have one suggestion/request: Do you think it would be possible to make some time to publish alternate versions of these maps that do not include units and structures that we can't produce from the start of the game? No hard feelings if you don't want to.
Keep up the great work!

These maps look interesting. I'm thinking of trying the supposedly extremely balanced "free for all" maps. Still would prefer if the bases were closer to the corners of the map. Still, some good map making ideas going on.

Yes- i remember your map 4c-castles. It is a great map with a very good idea. One of my favourites. This map is a real challenge for a player, who want to handle the balance between research and building units.RBMW-Collector wrote:Here! Maps with standart starting conditions.
Sorry for my bad english
In case the WZ-game ends in a draw , the game winner will be determined by penalty shoot-out.
