Lift and Move Buildings, Scavenger People, and Cyborgs

Post by richard14110 »

Another type of truck should be manufactured to convey objects, except for the Scavengers that have the B-300 Heavy Truck. In the future, hopefully this vehicle can transport normally unmovable buildings.

VTOLs with a rope and flatbed trucks should have the ability to transfer usually stationary structures (walls, pits, traps, towers, buildings, etc.), cyborgs, and humans.

People/cyborgs are ground units that would be able to hang on a winch, fly, and combat with the assistance of a VTOL.

:lol2:
In case the WZ-game ends in a draw , the game winner will be determined by penalty shoot-out.

There's a VTOL unit called Cyborg Transport.

Unfortunately, the cyborg(s) within a "Cyborg Transport" can't fight. If there is at least one rope attached to a VTOL then a cyborg has the ability to strike while grabbing it.

You do realize that it can't be done with the current game engine, do you?

1. My topic was changed and reread it.

2. The features of the Warzone 2100 game engine should be extended because of at least a single programmer that has access to the source code...

1) walls can't be lifter, most likely they are built-in the ground around. as well as bunkers, many building has underground layer and rely on ground in making it strong. hous that you showed above would fall apart from one proper granade\mortar hit.
2) cyborgs on a rope will have accurace of about +/- 90*. and they can't control direction, then can only fire sometimes, when wind will randomly spin them in a certain direction... and one hit can rip the rope. I would not do so.
3) "heavy track with a weapon enplacement" called wheeled buggy with a weapon =) you can do it. About multitowered early-game hulls I will make a suggestion in another topic now...
