When I change my units, add new units, or delete units my Build menu seems to save everything. However, when I go to my Manufacture menu all my units are gone(old andnew). Furthermore, all production is halted due to the fact there is nothing to produce.
I was receiving another error that seemed to be related. However, it now appears it only shares the same trigger as the above problem. That problem was resolved by downloading sequences.wz, and placing it into my ~/warzone2100 3.1 folder.
Thank you for your help. Below is my hardware setup, and I am running WZ2100 in Mint14KDE64bit.
Inspiron n5110; 4 X Intel Core i5-2450 2.5ghz; 8G ddr3; Intel Sandybridge Mobile; Intel 2nd gen integrated graphics controller; Dual-boot Mint14KDE; Win7.

This sounds like you haven't built factory modules. Is that true?
This is why some features aren't implemented: http://forums.wz2100.net/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=7490&view=unread#p87241
