vsync not enabled on intel graphic (optimus?)
has anyone had same problem?, when i use intel hd i could get 140 or so when i use nvidia it's caped to 59.

nvidia has a control panel where you can set this does the intel one have that also?

default for both driver should be application controlled since i'm using gpu switch to save power and on some games vsync could make shuttering. although it could get nvidia, but it does not get intel vsync setting.
