I have no money at the start of campaign Gamma 1

I just started the Gamma 1 campaign after Beta Base got nuked but when I start I have no money and therefore I can't build anything. What can I do to fix this problem?

Anyone? Maybe I should re-download the game? Will I lose my saved campaigns?

NoQ thanks a lot for your information. Sure enough I was able to complete the last Bravo campaign of evacuating the base and did not save my game in between campaigns and low and behold I had 16000 power when I started.
