Warzone 2100 Not Starting, At All. (sorry admins)

Some quick specs before going into it:
Intel R HD Video Card
Windows 7 64 Bit
Using the latest version.
Downloaded Warzone 2100, proceeded to run it, it worked fairly well, and then, I got tired of the current resolution, so I got off and looked around for how to do it, found out just putting -fullscreen in the target would work. No big deal, so I did that. And poof, not working anymore, not starting at all, the only trace of it trying is the process in process manager, before shorting (half a second) killing itself, no errors, nothin'. Reinstalled it. 3 times, didn't work, ran as admin, didn't work.. So, now I'm stumped. Any ideas, guys?

Well, some good news.
I can't play the 3.1r3 version. (I think that's what it is.), but downloading the older stable version worked, which brings me to the conclusion of: dis version dun goofed for mah compooters. I'd still appreciate help for it, but, until then, I'll be playing the older stable release.

I don't know if it will fix it but try deleting warzone2100 from the documents(of the user you play wz).

If you put --fullscreen in the command line, that gets saved in the config settings. So either delete your config settings or add --window instead to force window mode.

No idea why fullscreen would not work, though.
