When I go to launch WZ I get the popup
Warzone has terminated unexpectedly: [screenInitialise:193] OpenGL 1.2 + TEC is not supported by your system. The game requires this. Please upgrade your graphics drivers /hardware, if possible.
Is there a way to fix this without having to upgrade my graphics drivers? If not, how do I do that?

Need more information. What kind of system, OS, etc..
If you are on windows post a dxdiag report. It will give us a list of your hardware, OS, and driver versions. Makes things sooo much easier to help figure out problems

Just update your graphics card driver to the latest using link above and see if that helps first.

I updated the driver a few days ago but haven't had much time to check and see if it worked
