Warzone 2100 Not Starting.

So, I just got warzone 2100 today, and I played it once, and was bothered by the screen size, so I looked up how to make it fullscreen, of course by doing -fullscreen, but, after applying it, when trying to run it, I couldn't, so naturally, I took it off, as I'd like to play the game, even if I can't play it with the resolution I'd desire, so, I got rid of it, and retried. Now, it doesn't work, I've reinstalled it 3 times, and still couldn't, it just appears in task manager for half a second, then disappears, I tried running it on Admin, didn't work, tried running it straight from the main directory, still nothing. I'd really like some help. (If I didn't say this well enough, before doing the -fullscreen, I DID play it once for about 10 minutes, and it worked great.) Also, I'm running on Windows 7 64 bit
