Already working on this

Will need some of the features of the WZ 3.2 JS API though, so unable to release anything yet.
I was thinking along slightly different lines though:
* Update the Scavs AI to work as multiple scav tribes - so each area of the map could have a scav tribe
* Scav tribes would work together as one (initially) and help each other out
* If a player or other non-scav AI starts attacking a scav tribe, the tribe might agree to "protection fees" if it feels too threatened
* Under the scheme, scavs could give the player oil or even units, possibly even sensor reports of other regions of the map in return for being "harassed less" by the player
Currently it's not possible to ally the player and scavs (or it might be, I've never tried - again requires WZ 3.2 JS API features) so player and scav troops would still attack each other. And with the scav tribes idea, it would only be possible for player to ally with all scavs, not a specific tribe (unless JS API provides features for creating new player slots, which I imagine would be more hassle than it's worth).
