Cant get past main menu - massive resolution

Hi, I just downloaded the latest version on my MB pro retina. I made the huge mistake of altering the resolution to the greatest available in the menu (like 2600 x whatever)

Now when I start the game I just have the bottom left corner of the menu screen, I can just see the bottom left of the tank. I can't see the menu like options etc at all and my cursor will not leave the boundary of my screen so I cant even take a guess at what I'm clicking.

Ive moved the game and the download to the trash and re-downloaded it, but the MB will not forget the game settings and doesn't solve the problem.

Im not particularly tech savvy, can anyone guide me out of this?

If you are on windows micro soft machine look in your documents for warzone folder in that you will see a configure file edit that in notepad to a lower resolution one that suits your screen size save it back and that should let you start.. similarly you can delete the configure file and the game should start on a default setting.

On linux goto your home folder and select view from the menu at the top of folder and then select show hidden you will see a new folder for warzone appear do the same as above with the configure file hopefully that fixes your issue

On mac i dont have a clue.
