Warzone has terminated unexpectedly

Apparently this is a common error,saying that i need openGL 1.2,and that i should update my drivers.
well i did,or well i thought i did,i couldent find a driver on the site,not really tech savvy,instructions for driver updates,alternate solutions,anything really.
Graphic card info:
Nvidia Geforce MX 4000

Yeah, it's much more common than the dev team tough it would be at start. We are a bunch of old gamers, enjoying old graphics. We don't care about a brand new gaming computer.

Here is my alternate solution : Join the mass of players that still play on 2.x and have fun !

Second, Nivida removes drivers for older graphic cards, 4 series and under are not on the site

There's a known-and-already-fixed bug in 3.1_beta11 that makes it detect the version incorrectly.

Its not just the game,when i check the properites of the driver it says the last update never happend even though i installed it twice.

Help still requested though.

Also,i JUST tryed getting the 2.3.9 installer,it cant be found anywhere on the Warzone site,alternate links?

Im bumping this again because i still rather need help,i found a suitable 2.3.9 installer,but it took me way longer then it should have,however all the hosted 2.3.9 installers for MAC are not to be found,im trying to get a friend to join but he runs a mac,again,seguestions or solutions...

239 not available on Sourceforge?????? JC, it's the most recent stable version of the game! Dump all the superseded 3.1 betas if space is needed.

Just taken the trouble to check Sourceforge. 239 is in the Archive!!!!!!!!!

Any site offering a game or app will present their most recent stable first - after all, they want to create a good impression - then below will appear the most recent beta/rc, if there is one.

WZ offers a flawed RC and a longish list of redundant betas, with no indication where the stable version - which most visitors will want to get - is available. Look in the Archive for the flagship version?
