lobby?? help!

I play online since 2010 and i use warzone 2.3.9 / 3.1 beta 11 / 3.1 rc1
but since today i cant connect to lobby!
i didnt restart my computer the last day, i always start warzone as admin, firewall is not blocking warzone, i didn't change anything in the configs, the masterserver is lobby.wz2100.net, i dont use proxy and my internet works perfect.
if i want to start a game then this messages appears : Failed to retrieve a game ID: Connection reset by peer.
If i go in lobby this messages appears : Connection Error

I really didn't change anything, what could that be???

When hosting games:

Your games are shown on a public server.

Go back to 3.1 beta 11 for now, since 3.1 rc1 doesn't seem to always be able to host for some reason.
