How can you help make Warzone 2100 better?

In case nobody pays attention to the front page, there is a 'help wanted' section and in it we have:
Programming

    * !! Help improving/replacing the netcode !!
    * Media-Player integration (implementing theora playback into the game -cross platform-)
    * Improving Pathfinding/Obstacle Avoidance
    * Implement Unit Formations

Arts

    * High quality texturing
    * High quality sound effects
    * Voice actors (Female and male for briefing, FMVs and units-taunts...)
    * Medium/Low polygon modelers (Re-model units, buildings)
    * FMV creation (To re-create the old FMVs)

Testing

    * !! Help testing the new netcode !!
This is by no means a complete list!

For example we have a urgent need for people to make text files for the mission briefings.  Currently, we only have a few, and those of us that play SP game, know the glaring holes left by not having the videos tell you what to do.
You can help out by either watching the original videos (if you own the game), and type out all you see/hear, or perhaps check one of the many walkthroughs, and paraphrase text from that.  Just be sure to give credit to the proper source. :)

The Wiki pages are quite bare also, since you already have a account on this forum, you can help fix up the wiki, and fill in the details.

There really is allot you can do to help make this a better game for all!

If you do decide to help with the mission briefings, this is a short example:
Once you unzip the warzone.wz file OR you have the svn snapshot, then in \data\sequenceaudio\cam1, are the files to be played for campaign 1.  (also have cam2 & cam3)
In cam1, the files you see there, like c001.txt, that gets played during a mission briefing.
If you open it up via any text editor, you will see:
20 432 100 200 "Transport destinations follow:"
0 0 100 200 "Alpha - Western Sector...."

20 432 225 350 "Alpha you are cleared for take-off."
0 0 225 350 "Good luck and good hunting."

20 432 750 875 "Approaching Landing Zone. Team Alpha Briefing commences."

20 432 925 1150 "Commander, you lead Team Alpha, one of three expeditionary teams sent out by the Project to recover artifacts from before the Collapse."

20 432 1175 1240 "Your destination lies in the western zone."
Don't worry about the #'s, I can fix that.  I just need the text, like you see above.
Make sure you don't exceed 60 chars per text line.
Then just enter each briefing in a separate text file, with how ever many lines you need (don't be too verbose though, it is just a briefing, not a how to!) and attach it to your post.
Don't forget to include your name, and that you agree to release what you did to the GPL license that warzone uses, so we can use it.  Also, if you used external sources, please give credit, though we much rather have your work be 100% yours.  We just need to get permission from that 3rd party, and if we can't, then you did the work for nothing. :(

I was going to volunteer for the text-transcription thing, but it seems that's now unnecessary. However, I am very interested in the voice-acting section. I like reading stuff out loud (very melodramatically, I might add), and have been looking for a way to turn this into something constructive.

No, those are the ones we already have.

I need the missing ones, that were mainly from the FMVs, telling & showing you what to do. 

So the job is still open.  :)
