Since 7 or 8 years I only know about Open Source games and star craft II. :)

Speaking of voice, nothing beats "What you want me to do" and "Your command master!! " of Warcraft II. They even had an easter egg when selecting the same unit repeatedly. I loved it. The woman elf said "Stop touching me!!! " and the orch peasant was shouting "WHAAAAT???? "

What about Angelina Jolie in Tomb Rider movies? she imitates Britis accent perfectly according to me :)
