Can't host games?

I don't get it, how are you supposed to host games with the new version? Is there a tutorial for this someplace?

Same way as with the old version — »Multi Player« → »Host Game« → »Start Hosting Game« — although the »Start Hosting Game« button is in a different place (lower down), in 3.1, compared to 2.3.

I mean I hosted but no players ever come. I thought something has changed?

Depends on time of day. You could try hosting, and asking on IRC (irc.freenode.net, #warzone2100-games) for someone to try joining to see if it works.

Port 2100 needs to be open for people to join, so that's a possible issue. Whether you need to do that manually, or whether it's automatic depends on the router.
