Be abel to use all object in all Tileset

Made my first map. The idea was to make a "Green Urban". Used the "Urban" "Tileset".
Looked great in the map editor FleMe. High city buildings, and lots of trees growing around them.
When I took the map into the game I saw that all my trees turned out to look like iron frames. Also the lorries and some other objects looks strange.
By making it possible to use all object, in all Tileset I think that the maps can be more variable and fun.

:idea: To expand this ide, why not have a folder/map together with the map-file, a folder/map that can contain special tileset, special 3d object and so on ? Just an ide !

Already implemented in 3.1.
Also, it's sort of possible to mix tilesets in 3.1, like this.

I think it gives the maps, and the game, more "fun" :-)

Put my map "on hold" until 3.1 then :-)

Just place whatever you want and it will look fine in 3.1.
Put my map "on hold" until 3.1
You don't need to wait, there's a magic button called "Enable 3,5,6,...-player support" in FlaME that makes any map explicitly incompatible with anything before 3.1 (even if you don't need that player number support), so you won't break anything if you make this sort of map; in fact there are already quite a few such maps around.

All tilesets in one type of terrain ... for that you'd need to mess with vidmem.wrf (or probably inject an extra .wrf file into addons.lev) and tertilesc?hwGtype.txt, and probably some other tileset/*.txt files if necessary; again, you can use the "Mirage" map as an example. So this will be a map-mod after all.

It seems to be impossible to do that with decals though. If you need to use decals from other tilesets, you'd need to re-include them as .png files (with, most likely, different numbers).

Do I understand u right when I say that "its ok to mix the 3 Tilesets", but I can only use 1 of the 3 object tileset in a map ?
So my map with Urban "city buildings" and trees (probably from "Rocku monten" Tileset) is doomed to fail ?

It's ok to mix tilesets if you know how to do that.
It's ok to mix features if you make a map that isn't supposed to work in 2.3.9 and earlier.
