Regarding the new (beta 10) Tech Tree

Hello everyone

I have just downloaded and installed the beta10 update.
My previous experience was with the 2.3.8 version.

I noticed they did some changes to the tree, which are all welcome.
I do have some ideas regarding the tech tree, but this is not the place to post them...

Can anyone tell me (or point me to the right direction or link) what the counters on the researches mean?
I see green countdowns, orange ones and red and blue hearts....

What are those?

The green countdown is how much power you need, before something can start building. If you don't run out of power, then there is never a green countdown.

The orange countdown shows how much time left (in game minutes:seconds), before the construction or research is complete.

The ♥ icons tell you when an ally is researching something (then you don't need to research it yourself). The colour of the ♥ tells you who is researching it.

umm.. why hearts? I just played a skirmish last night and noticed that too.

I was under the impression that the hearts were kinda of a "suggestion" path so I usually chose the hearts...lol

Maybe it could be a good idea to append such information to item tool tip, and also name of that player?
