Hello Gentlemen

I would like what this friend, foe devices are about, what for, and does anybothy use them?

What time zone I chose being in Poland as again I seem to chose wrong one although I was almost certain..

And is it able to set a language, so all I type here is not being highlighted as errors..?

And what are thise wonderful tabs above for?

The first four are obvious for me, the font colour and the ticket I assume.. but the rest?? Could obne brave man, with a patience tell me what are those for, and what is more important, how to use those?

Almost two years here and I do not know..

Right-click into the input box, and then you'll get a "Languages" submenu where you can select which language the spell checker uses (that would be "general browser knowledge", btw).

I do know they have indicators, I have no idea what are they for, and how they work.

You can put code in a code box, and it will get scrollbars instead of making a huge post. A code box also prevents bbcode from being interpreted.

Standard button I guess, since automatic URL parsing can be disabled. You can also use text instead of the URL itself:

But control panel is? and does anyone use that here? (question to all) Is having people on this panel help anyhow to do anything??

And is there a way to set language of posts here? or something like that.. I have always almost all words highlighted.. in red.. I want to add that I use englis settings already..

And just to make sure I use GMT +2 time zone? I search, I google, and yet I do not have perfect clearance with those abbreviations and tables..

Control panel is a place where you can manage your profile, private messages etc.
Having them listed there allows for example to faster send them private message.
You mean post form text editor? You need to select correct language, for example in Opera you need to select dictionary in context menu (English should be enabled by default), others should have similar options.
The issue with timezone in selector in phpBB is that it never had preview (which would be especially useful in case of servers with wrong date / time configuration), and yes, that one seem to be appropriate.
