Please explain what simplpie is?

So my ticket in which my problems with getting Cam 4 onto 3.1+ versions of Warzone was described has been closed, and I need to use simplpie (whatever that is) to fix whatever is wrong with the .pie files.

I have no idea what simplpie is. Anyone?

Apparently all the ones I was using for the 3.1+ conversion of Cam 4. It's funny because I was using .pie's from Master.

So I dunno.
