Alfacinha maps.
Hi all. I'm not a truly map maker, but times to time i will do one.
This is "my first" creation.
This is made thinking on 3.1, i'm not sure if it is compatible on 2.3.9.
Edit: Map update.

Another one, this time a 5-player ffa map. Scavs, are some sort of crazy and annoying

Hello Alfacinha[BDC]
On the map MonteV2, on the top left hill there are few cliff tile missing. I assume it is to be for 3.0 only, but still I report of what I have spotted
to sum up, good job

Re: Alfacinha maps.
Hello Alfacinha[BDC]
I like the map very much but.. a main thing I have against it
is the oil placement. You have placed a lot of oil in the centre of the map.. as a result the first player, or the first team reaching the centre has big advantage.. I would spread the oil a little bit more.. for example I would place some oil outside of the ring..
I like the ring cliffs being accesible from centre, this inspire me for a map of mine in a future
Now some details of how I feel, I mean if I were makink your map
so the additional knowledge, let's say not crucial
Tha layout of the map maks four very big corners of inaccessible areas.. the map is 150x150 so not so big.. you could easily make one passage, or two, to reach the corners sepparately or four being able to circle. Some interestin eye candy features might have been placed there like village or anything.. also the lake in the centre could have at least one tiny island with one oil, to make a player want to visit it.. a lake of this sort they will simply pass by by hovers to enemys base, or circle with ground units..
Also I have a feeling as you wanted to place a lot of features, as a result, again in centre.. there is a lot of them, some sort of traffic of them while the closer to the bases there is less and less to fond no life behind the bases areas
What I suggest is not necessarily place less of oils, but to place them in some sort of harmony, to make it look more natural
To sum up I like the map
If I overexpressed myself then I am sorry

Re: Alfacinha maps.
Hi Mero, again thank for feedback.
This time i get the impression that you didn't play it, and did your analyzes by preview, with center full of yellow dots, bus mostly of them are structures from scavs. Let me know if i'm wrong or right
.
With the rest i will ready, analyze and probably apply some of your suggestions and see if i like the final result. Again, thanks.

Re: Alfacinha maps.
You are wrong here
I always "at least" open map with FlaMe, click on oil resource in features tab (the simplest and most visual way) and still you will see there is a lot of oil in the centre in comparison to the rest of the map. Only those oils next to bases save the situation a litle
The sad truth is I barely have time to play my maps.. I had the chance the day before yesterday to play few games since the last few months..
I wouldn't dare to estimate a map only by preview, maybe only in extreme situations
As I said I only express myself

Re: Alfacinha maps.
Hello gain.
@Mero:
You should take more time to play so
.
Mero i take into consideration your suggestions, still i think the map reflects what i think and what i want, so i will keep it like it is.
Probably i will fill the empty spaces with "something", but will not be a playable area.
Now i will present more two maps (since i can only attach two files per thread i will split it in two).
This one is a teams map, 3v3v3 high oil, but only recommended for people who likes long, long, long games.

Re: Alfacinha maps.
The second, i made it thinking in FFA game style.
Both maps are in some sort of Beta version. If nobody complains, i will upload them with a "final release name".
