Weird Looking Units/Buildings

When I've launched a new skirmish match, and built the base up a little, I've noticed that all my buildings and units are semi-transparent and slighty flash, just like you would highlight them by selecting them.
The weird part is that I haven't got any error messages, and all my graphics drivers are updated to latest.
I am using the black colour for my units and buildings, maybe the black colour is the problem? I didn't notice that happening using other colours or even in the Warzone 2100 campaign.

I tried to explain it as good as my english knowledge let me, I hope you will understand what have I typed here.

If you change to different colour for your units, does the problem stop?
