Can't get cheat mode

I did and still the same.
Everything is working, but I do not get the "Commandline" for entering cheat.
I am back in office, so I was able to look to the youtube video. I do the same ... but ... no command line.
Also in Debug mode I can debug/cheat units and buildings and so on. Everything fine. This is enough for me. So if I get a problem during gameplay, I can help myself with this mode.

But it is really interesting, why it is not working.

Next is, that I will install the english version and see if this is working. If anyone have another tip for me, just send it

I doubt it, I think you are just not seeing the little cursor on the bottom of the display, where you type things...
You can try --debug=console
then hit enter, and type showfps and enter again, and that should work, along with the other options.

Allright. So that is not the problem.

Do shift+backspace, that enters debug mode

I do and debug mode is working

(verify by doing ctrl-o for the debug dialog)

dialog is working and I can "debug" all units, buildings, etc.

, assuming that works, then you should have no problem pressing enter, and typing out the cheat you want, and hit enter again to end the command.

Still not working.

I am back in office, so I watched the video. I do not get the command line. Still the same prob.
Is it really sure, that this is working with the german version of WZ ?

Should I maybe do a longer logfile?
Should I install the english version and test again?

I can help myself with the debug mode, if I have trouble with a level. But it is very interesting, why it is not working on my Laptop.

OK. I try your last hint. Not working. Again of course in different ways. No way.

If I press enter and then "d" I go to the next unit. I thinkt. If the console is realy there, it should not work.
