Re: [3.1+] WZ Mini: Scavenger Wars mod
Ah, those things. Yeah, they aren't scavvy enough.

I did not test them in game so screen shots would be good.

Cool! More Scav stuff.
Re: [3.1+] WZ Mini: Scavenger Wars mod
The sides are perfect, but the top looks a little odd - almost like a slab of stone - is there a way to make it blend with the sides a bit more?
BTW: Would it be worth reviving Rman's Cargo Containers?

.
I like the sand bags for scavs. It's a scavy fit for sure. Welcome addition to scav fortifications. Just have to assign them the sweet spot in HPs. Good work, Berg.
=====>
'Course I'm partial to CCs for scav fortifications...... but...
While that's a splendid vid tut for how to make 'em.....yet it doesn't really give you a good idea of the work involved in creating them for WZ. Gotta love 'em totally like a mother her child to get through the work involved.
Let's see - there are 16 permutations. 16 models, 16 subtly different textures. Single, double and triple stack CCs. Inter-locking corners and over-hang CCs. Absolute precision throughout for Lego assemblage in the map making phase. All have to have the full complement of text files (sans research, natch) created for the base game and the map editor. Crazy amount of work for such seemingly simple Feature objects.
Now that I think of it, Berg's sandbags can be approached in a similar, lego-like assemblage design fashion, to make scav fortification more durable than their current wood, tin and sheet metal. And maybe even more elegant than the CCs.

Re: [3.1+] WZ Mini: Scavenger Wars mod
I was thinking more of adding them and keeping the walls as they are.
That way there's more variety.

Love the tower. Love the sandbags. Not sure they fit together though?
