Clan war

This is still a vague idea, but here is what I had in mind recently :
Each player enter the game with 2 maps of his choice in his possession. Like a trading card game.
Each player have a maximum of 5 action points. He recover 1 each [72 ?] hours.
Attacking a map cost 2 points per players and defending a map cost 1 point.
The players can of course join a clan and defend their maps together or ask any friend they want.
The attacker declare the invasion time [some days ?] in advance. Then that player or the clan leader must decide which players they will send there. If any.
The official goal would be to conquer all the maps, but the rules as I state it would make it close to impossible to ever achieve it. So the meta-game would be for a given clan to control as much map as possible and try to collect their favorite
The game would be purely friendly with no much officials or control but just for a bit of fun.
