I've seen it being played in that Warzone 2100 tournament, and it looks pretty sweet.

Yay these maps. I played these for a while and seriously advice our hardcore players to have a look.

Desertec, being essentially similar to Startup, features an excellent completely original middle ground. I haven't yet seen the very subtle topic of highground advantage depicted with that much clarity and effectiveness.
