base.wz unused fields (3.1b7)

Hi, I am making tool to edit base.wz (for 3.1b7)
And has some questions about unused fields:
Where I can take current documentation to this fields. (
http://developer.wz2100.net/wiki/TxtEditing Last modified 10 months ago)
Can I replace its values by some blank items (''', ' ', '_') when save result or someone plan to use it later?

As for the wiki, well, someone has to actually do the grunt work, so that info may/may not be correct.
You can check the source code for how it reads things.
The format pretty much needs to stay the same as is currently in the files, otherwise the code can't read them if it sees (or doesn't see) something.

My target is editing stats.
It will be fast and cross platforming.

Alpha is almost ready.
also if you open warzone sourcecode you can find
1) classes like WEAPON_STATS, BODY_STATS.. etc.
each class contains descriptions of fields
WEAPONS_STATS loaded from weapons.txt.. etc.
2) load functions for text files like loadWeapons, loadBod

hehe, you are not only one who want make cross-platform stat editor, so it wil be interesting if you'll make better program
but if you are linux-minded user.. then your editor can be less user-friendly than mine

percent of linux user here is very high (unfortunately for my stat editor)
how about some competition of stat editors?

It is about usability. A lot of confirmations. Some files does not loaded when I can edit some table.

I am both minded. I agree about bad linux usability. Thats why i use html+css

you not need edit base.wz because we have mp.wz, and you dont need edit mp.wz because better to have your own mod in auto-load folder or have it as map-mod than edit warzone stats directly
if you meant lot of confirmations in my stats editor, this can happen if you use program in some "wrong" way
(if you edit mod which you did not loaded actually)
you know, mod can contain only 1 stat file, so you can load 1 file or load them all or you can dont load anything
i'll make new verion in next days, i still dont know if eny people use it, i just like edit stats by myself
