I was looking at your github site and I don't see any fixes yet. I don't see anything being done on this? how does this work I look at https://github.com/Warzone2100/warzone2 ... v3.1_beta1 then look at dates right? I also check https://github.com/Warzone2100/warzone2 ... v3.1_beta1 and nothing is done since Jan 29, 2012?

Look at https://github.com/Warzone2100/warzone2100/commits/3.1 - 3.1 beta 1 will always be the same, but the 3.1 branch contains what will be in the next release.
