Probably. Anyway, adding 1 works perfectly unless borg factories are involved (and when they are involved, some borg factories are still built correctly, while others are shifted by 1/2 tiles left or right) (even though regular factories also have odd dimensions).

Also, i'm already talking about javascript engine (having some fun experimenting with semperfi-js)

There seems to be one more thing. Even though construction happens correctly, building previews are still shifted in some cases:
