I've a silly question............

What is the difference between WZ2100 & DyDo ???????

And by 'AI' you mean Artifical Intelligance..... Correct?

So, would this be the place to store and try out mods, cheats and what have you w/o afecting the org. game??

Yes. So your skirmish enemies will play differently (and hopefully stronger) than in the original game.

By that I mean, Could I / Should I, download various mods and what have you to the 'DyDo' in order to test them out with out affecting any aspects of the WZ-2100 2.3.7 addition. Or would doing so affect both versions?

warzone 2100 is the game

bundled with the game (in recent versions) are alternative AI's for use in skirmish and multiplayer. one of these is called dydo.

you choose which AI to use in that map slot in the same place as you choose its difficulty.

you dont really play around with dydo, you just use it or not.

if you have the skills needed to modify AI scripting, if thats what you mean, then you could either message the creator of dydo or more sensible code your own AIs for the game, which im sure will be most appreciated by the community.

as to mods, the right section of this forum to find and provide mods would be the 'showcase' forum.
