EVACUATION after Beta 10

Hello,
I was following the Mousemaster's walkthrough, including the recommendation to transport 40 units. I was able to send all 40 units, however when the mission ended, it said only 31 units comprised my group (at the stats screen). Do you think this might be related to the other bugs associated with Gamma 1 / end of the Evacuation mission? Advice would be welcome.
