You send them a letter, asking for their phone number, so you can call them, to ask them to talk on Skype and arrange the team speak thing.

Many games rely on external applications like Ventrilo, TeamSpeak or another VoIP program, so I think it is perfectly acceptable for Warzone 2100 to follow the same path. We are stretched thin as it is, so I see no need to devote resources to this idea at this time.

I have a gamespeak account which i had my own vent server on while running a guild in warhammer online. It was easy to set up and run and didnt cost much for the minimum user limit of 10. The year sub i bought expired but i do intend to start it up again at some point when i return to eve online/warhammer online, whichever im into at the time.

Its good because you can have multiple channels, now this would ususally be used to isolate chat between different parties but could be used to seperate the different games being played. I'm not currently playing Warzone 2100 multiplayer but if i do, and i have my vent active i could allow the others in my game to access it.
