Yes, you'll either have to turn up the bias until it covers the uncovered areas or just make the hipoly thinner so it fits inside.
Also, it's worth noting that having the shading smooth/solid on the lowpoly affects the bake, so I recommend using the edgesplit modifier to get sharp edges where you want them (you can mark an edge as sharp at the ctrl+E menu)

here it is - much better now :) . You know, before i used blender i always thought it was one of those poorly designed programs that you have to spend years learning but now that iv'e used it and played around with it the interface actually makes sense :)

Well i can't really see anything else to add to the texture :hmm: so berg, if you can see anything you want put on tell me ;) . here is the zip with all the components in it. if you have gimp you can make the tcmask from the camo layer easily. Enjoy :)

Where can i get "wmit" to get models ingame? i was talking about it with berg on irc and now i can't find it on git. thanks ;)

Looks very good!

Just a suggestion:
Maybe you color some of the parts (maybe the metalplates) in the blue that the double-mg uses.
Then it would be clearly to see that this is a mg from far zoom. ;)
