O_o a dual core 800 MHz CPU ?

For the most part, if you have good openGL support, and a 1GHz CPU, then you should be ok for 2.3, as long as you don't play with 7 AIs (or humans) with max number of units.

Is there a way to download and save the videos so they don't have to be downloaded every time someone installs the game again? It would save you guys some bandwidth costs probably as well.

In Windows, once you've downloaded the videos once, the installer will no longer download the videos again.

In Mac OS X, see: http://wz2100.net/download#Videosallversions

Once you've installed that, just download the "no videos" version.

Unless you're reinstalling the game from scratch...

Well, if you're reinstalling from scratch, that means you don't have the videos anymore, so the installer downloads them for you. Are you using a different definition of "scratch"?

You can save a copy of the videos if you want (it's Program Files/[Warzone 2100]/sequences.wz) Uncheck 'download videos' while installing, then copy the videos over.

That sounds like a plan.
