v2 2.0.4 rc2 - 1920x1080 worx but idk if FOV is the problem but only this portion of the screen is rendered ok,
is it possible to add native widescreen, 16:9, 16:10?
how can i change the FOV in v2 2.0.4 rc2 since u guys have changed to a different file format?
thanx guys for still improving on this great game after 7+ years, keep it up!
really like Grim's GFX, a bit dark but looks awesome!
//Edit by Kamaze: Didnt really something, just wanted to re-render this post to make the image smaller :)

WDG is no longer used.    the new 32 bit beta map editor can be downloaded fromhttp://wztoys.coppercore.net/
after registering/validation email/login.

wide screen i dont know.  that is one thing the coders will have to look into - if there is sufficient people requesting it.

fov  ??  are you asking about the fmv (cut scenes) - those were not included with the release of the source due to the proprietary nature of the rpl player ( eidos would not release that.)  all the fmv's need to be completely redone - if you are anyone you know can help with this humongous task - it would be appreciated.

grims gfx - i believe you can disable the shadows with alt s - unless some one has changed it... better ask devurandom or per about that.

thanks ---Ano  - my tired old mind (52) sometimes gets things wrong... oh well ;D

field of view - wide screen - i suppose there is nothing came with the monitor in the way of software to accomodate that type of thing.

as i said earlier - youll have to ask the coders to see if its possible.

WorldEditor32 is now available on this server. That means no registration required. :)
Direct download.

PIE Slicer will go there too as soon as I know if the license is compatible to GPL or otherwise free.

i think it should just be a matter of changing how far the engine renders the models/map

So has the perpective/fov bug been fixed now? I remember having some problems @ 2048*1536 but since i usually play 1280*1024 and max @ 1600*1200 it was never a real problem for me.

2048x1536 is still 4:3, thus if 1600x1200 (also 4:3) worked for you, then any problems with 2048 are due to some other bug, i'd imagine.

i'm fairly sure i've played both non-gpl'd warzone and wzr on 1920x1200 (16:10) without issue, though, depending on how warzone does the rendering, it's just slightly "shorter" aspect-ratio wise for me not to see the "fog" on the sides of the screen like zz is.

perpective/fov seems to be the same

@ 8-player map theres more FOV but @ less than 8 more fog on the sides

theres gotta be a way to enable DrawEntireTerrain

anyone?  no more fog on the sides

how about some camera settings ?

indeed you should be able to see all the terrain of the map that has already been explored. also when your camera is aimed at the horizon the same problem arises.
